Our Hiring Process
AimLoan.com welcomes all interested candidates to apply for a position with our company. Our hiring process is as follows:
- Interested candidates attend a pre-employment testing session where they complete a job application and five basic proficiency tests, including math, vocabulary, grammar, attention to detail and reasoning ability.
- Candidates considered to be potential fits for open positions are called within 72 hours and a telephone interview is conducted.
- An in-person interview is conducted with the Department Manager that the candidate would be reporting to.

No appointment is necessary. Please allow about an hour to complete the process. Please arrive a few minutes early, as these testing sessions start promptly at 12:00. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
