Our Hiring Process
AimLoan.com welcomes all interested candidates to apply for a position with our company. Our hiring process is as follows:
- Interested candidates attend a pre-employment testing session where they complete a job application and five basic proficiency tests, including math, vocabulary, grammar, attention to detail and reasoning ability.
- Candidates considered to be potential fits for open positions are emailed within 72 hours to schedule an appointment for a face-to-face interview.
Pre-Employment Testing Schedule
Pre-employment testing sessions are held at our office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 12:00 noon and 6:00 PM
No appointment is necessary. Please allow about an hour to complete the process. Please arrive a few minutes early, as the testing sessions start promptly at noon and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
