Loan Processors
Process loan applications submitted by clients over the Internet. Some experience required.
Underwriters
Underwrite A-Paper conventional mortgages. Extensive experience and knowledge of product guidelines required.
Funders
Draw docs, fund mortgages, ship files, follow up on trailing docs. Some experience required
Call Center Reps
Assist clients inquiring by telephone. Some experience required. No individual license required.
Loan Assistants
Excellent entry level position into the mortgage industry, starting at $10 per hour ($12 per hour for full time). Strong data entry and customer service skills required. Training provided with opportunities to move into higher paying positions shown above.
