Loan Consultants
Assist clients inquiring by telephone. Extensive mortgage experience and knowledge of product guidelines required. No individual license is required.

Loan Processors
Process loan applications submitted by clients over the Internet. Some experience required.

Funders and Shippers
Draw closing docs, fund mortgages, ship files, follow up on final docs. Some experience required.

Underwriters
Underwrite A-Paper conventional mortgages. Extensive experience and knowledge of product guidelines required.

Loan Assistants
Excellent entry level position into the mortgage industry. Positions start at $10 to $12 per hour and are eligible for a review and wage increase after six months. After 12 months, Loan Assistants are eligible to move into a higher paying position, such as Loan Processor or Loan Funder. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Full-Time positions receive medical, dental and retirement benefits.
