Jumbo-Conforming Loans to $729,750
AimLoan.com is now accepting applications for the higher conforming loan limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that will be in effect until December 31, 2008. The new temporary “Jumbo-Conforming” loan limits are as high as $729,750 for one-unit homes. Not all properties qualify. Loan limits vary by state, metropolitan statistical area and county.
