HomePath Purchase Program
AimLoan.com was recently approved by Fannie Mae to provide HomePath Mortgage financing to purchasers of Fannie Mae foreclosed properties. Loan Commitment Letters

Home Affordable Refinance Program
The word is getting out about HARP. AimLoan.com funded 211 HARP refinance mortgages in the past 90 days, up from 116 in the prior three months. Please continue to spread the word about this program that is so important to individual homeowners and our nation's economic recovery:

Community Involvement
Our 2nd quarter website campaign was our most successful ever, raising $38,980 for the San Diego Humane Society. We are also proud to have awarded $10,000 in Kevin Lantz Jr. Memorial Scholarships during the 2009-2010 school year.
