"As you know we signed doc's Friday night. I was, of course, daunted by the size of the stack to sign. After recovering from writer's cramp I subjected myself to reader's cramp and went through the doc's thoroughly.

To my pleasant surprise the numbers all agreed!!! You have treated us very professionally and cordially and have been upfront all the way around but when we got down to the numbers I figured, as always, that the numbers would all change, extra fees would be added and the whole 'too good to be true' fees scenario would come unraveled.

I say to myself 'NO WAY!' I have missed something, there are buried clauses, pre-payment penalties, ARM slid in without my knowledge, rebate not applied, something!!!

If there is I was unable to find it!! Congratulations, you have earned yourself two very happy customers!!! My wife and I were very concerned that this was going to fall apart but you and your team have made what could have been an arduous and painful task into simplicity itself.
