Shabnam was the best! She kept me informed, answered all my questions in a timely fashion and even helped me with an exception to lower my rate. All the while she was courteous and never made me feel like I was a burden. I was extremely skeptical about going through AimLoan.com as I had been burned before by mortgage brokers. In fact I had already locked a loan three days prior with a mortgage broker when I stumbled across AimLoan.com via Mortgage Professor website. We called, were quoted and unbelievably low rate and thought there had to be a catch, we talked to Ted for about 1 hour on Friday at 5PM. He was so cordial and answered all my skeptical questions. I wasn't able to lock my loan that day but did call my mortgage broker who told me that AimLoan.com would never work, but I cancelled my appraisal appointment with her anyway and took a chance. It was the best decision I've ever made, working with AimLoan.com was a great experience I always felt like a priority, Never had to chase anyone down for answers and closed well ahead of the 30 day lock period . “I did a refinance through Aimloan.com last August and I was going through, what turned out to be a lengthy and not so fun divorce. I was buying the house so I had to refinance. When I called to inquire about refinancing I spoke to Izabela, she was awesome! She had a very natural, down-to-earth quality which is rare in business, especially in sales. Izabela was very professional yet very genuine. As it turned out, my divorce process ended up dragging on for almost a year. Izabela kept in touch with me with current information during that time, and always returned my calls promptly. She did not "bug" like many sales people would have. To be honest, in general, I really don't like dealing with salespeople, but Izabela made my experience very comfortable and positive.
