David & Jill, My wife and I wanted to pass on our experience over the last month while refinancing our home mortgage through Aimloan as we just completed our signing and closing last night. When we began researching mortgage lenders we were a bit hesitant to go with Aimloan as we were not familiar with your company. Our initial contact was with Linda Jensen who did a wonderful job of answering questions and getting us rolling in the right direction up front, leaving us with a comfortable impression of Aimloan. The remainder of our process was assigned to Shawnee Coward. We cannot overly express how impressed and pleased we were to have Shawnee assigned to our loan. Throughout the process we had many questions in which we consistently received prompt response (usually 30 minutes or less).
