What impressed me the most about AIM was that they were HARP 2.0 ready at the earliest possible time. Even more impressive was getting a pre-approval instantly after I submitted the application online 24 hours/7 days a week. On the first business day I received instructions on documents to get the ball rolling. The GFE was accurate and when I questioned certain items, I got satisfactory explanations instantly. It was three weeks and two days from the time I submitted an application until I signed the papers at settlement. I want to recommend Brittany for her efficient and professional services. I searched for several months to find a lender to refinance my home. During my search, I encountered six other lenders including my current lender that offered rates and fees that made refinancing worthless. Then I found AimLoan.com on FHLMC’s website. I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I had a wonderful experience working with Janice in my pursuit of a HARP2 refinance. On the date that I first spoke to Janice, I had already called every single lender on the Freddie Mac website listing of approved vendors. By far, Janice was the most friendly, patient and informative person I spoke with all day. She was extremely effective in conveying to me the benefits of using Aimloan.com without coming across as pushy or arrogant. Through the course of my loan application process, I had dozens of questions for Janice. At every turn, she answered my questions with patience and courtesy. I was nervous about using AimLoan because I had not heard of it. I found your information on the Freddie Mac website as an approved lender in Virginia. During my refinance shopping my then current lender told me the rate you were quoting was impossible. Other potential lenders told me it must be false as well.
